ADAM J. MURPHY

Adam J. Murphy is a Managing Director at Cooper Investment Partners. Prior to joining CIP, Adam founded Vaughan Partners, which provided capital and advisory services to a wide range of companies that could benefit from operational improvement. Prior to forming Vaughan, Adam was a Partner with Catalyst Equity Partners focusing on investments in middle market companies that were executing financial restructurings or operational turnarounds. From 1996 to 1999, Adam worked for Heritage Partners, a buyout firm that targeted equity-based recapitalizations of family-owned business.

Adam earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSBA from the University of Denver.
